Terms of service.

  •  We do not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. (Please be

mindful of this when you place your order)

  •  Once MHB hand delivers the package to the post office, unfortunately

we no longer have control of the package. Please contact your local

post office for any issues.

  •  Customers are responsible for shipping costs. If you accidentally enter

your address wrong and a package is returned to MHB we will send

you an invoice to have the package resent to the correct address.

 Orders can be cancelled if we have not started production, however

the customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee to cover our

business costs.

  •  If you order anything on a PREORDER, the entire order will not ship

until the preorder item is ready to ship.

  •  Turn-around times will be published at the top of our website, and

again at the checkout page where you will have to check a box noting

that you understand our turnaround time. (Business days mean

Monday-Friday only, no weekends or holidays)

  •  We have several options to choose from for shipping rates, we offer

these to you so that we can keep our rates as low as possible. You

must manually choose the option, the computer or the phone will not

do it for you, so please choose the option that best pertains to your

order. If the incorrect rate is chosen, your order will not ship until an

invoice for the difference has been paid.
